Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Zephyra. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed after 12pm on a business day, or over the weekend, begin processing the next business day.

Shipping times & rates
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed, but we'll always do our best to get your Zephyra to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Shipping delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods — can affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but it hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@zephyrasleep.store within 7 days and we'll make it right.
